Green tea may lead to a healthy heart.

A new study findss green tea improves blood flow and expands arteries. That can lower the risk of heart disease.

A team of greek researchers out of athens medical school gave fourteen healthy volunteers either green tea, diluted caffeine, or hot water.

Those who sipped the green tea, showed an immediate improvement in the cells that relax arteries and ease blood flow.

The findings appear in the European Journal of Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation.
