Danville students spend day shadowing for career opportunities

Sacred Heart School eighth-graders Cayla Barker and Marissa Yeaman spent Groundhog’s Day shadowing a veterinarian at Mount Hermon Animal Clinic.

Each of the school’s 19 eighth-graders took surveys to determine which careers they might best be suited for and were matched with professionals in the community to get a better understanding of each career path.
