A Wythe County judge finds there’s enough evidence against 56-year-old Alton Davis for his case to heard by a grand jury.

Davis faces 7 felonies. 4 counts of aggravated sexual battery and 3 counts of abduction.

Davis, a former driver for guardian ambulance service in Wythe County, is accused of taking advantage of patients he was responsible for taking to work.

The judge ruled another charge of abduction and five counts of rape will not be pursued
