An accident near Tanglewood Mall tied up traffic this afternoon.
It happened on the 220 off-ramp, connecting to Electric Road.
Roanoke County Police say an SUV ran into the back of a car and then flipped.
They tell us they think the driver of the SUV had a seizure while driving.
Police tell us there were two passengers in the SUV and they were taken to the hospital.
They also say the passengers inside the car were not hurt.
