Carbon Monoxide Sends 2 to Hospital

»  Comments | Post a Comment

Two construction workers are taken to the hospital, after a property manager says they were exposed to too much carbon monoxide this morning (Tuesday).

The incident happened at Loblolly Farm, a future subdivision in Roanoke County on Sterling Road off of Route 116.

A property manager tells us the two men were putting up sheetrock in the second floor of a mill by a creek. They had a heater on the floor, and no windows open. One man passed out, then the second. A supervisor found them, and called 911.

The propety manager tells us both men were alert in the ambulance when they left to go to the hospital.
