Roanoke City Police investigate stabbing

Man taken to Roanoke Memorial Hospital after stabbing.

Roanoke City Police are investigating a stabbing.
It happened around 8:30 Friday night in the 2300 block of Colonial Avenue.
Police tell us the victim, Thomas Letchford, walked to the Towers Shopping Center, where someone called police.
He was taken to Roanoke Memorial where we he was later released.
Police have not made any arrests.
If you have any information about the stabbing you're asked to call police.
