10's Most Wanted Paul Clouston

One of the Marshals 15 Most Wanted in the USA, Paul Clouston is a convicted cop killer and child molester. Even though he's 72-years old, Clouston is considered a danger to children. Marshals have been looking for him since he ran out on his parole in 2005.

U.S. Marshals are looking for Paul Clouston, a 72-year old man who has served time for killing a police officer and molesting juveniles.

Clouston was paroled in April 2005 after serving 12 years of a 20 year sentence in connection with sex crimes near Williamsburg. Marshals say he visited his parole officer for several months, before he disappeared. “ In September of 2005 he got on a Greyhound bus and headed west and hasn't been seen since,” said Chief Deputy William Fallon of the U.S. Marshals office in Roanoke.

“The big thing was back in 1972 he killed a police officer in California, apparently for no reason,” said Fallon. “Clouston was a suspect, but wasn't about to be arrested. Clouston then pulled a firearm, abruptly shot the police officer in the head, and fled. He was arrested six days later after he took a hostage,” he said.

Clouston was sentenced to three 10 year sentences, but they were served concurrently –or at the same time. He got out of jail, moved to eastern Virginia near Williamsburg and struck again.

Fallon explained that Clouston is a sexual predator who lured both young boys and girls into his home. “What he did was he lured some kids into a trailer that he was staying in with beer, cigarettes, pornographic movies and things like that. Five kids ages 7 to 15 after he lured them into the trailer he used a firearm, sexually assaulted a couple of them, he tried to get the kids to commit sexual acts while he photographed them.”

Clouston was sentenced to 107 years in prison, with 87 suspended, but served only 12 years. Now authorities believe he’s preying on youngsters somewhere else. “He hates police, he's got a miserable personality. He's the type of person that we think is still involved in sexual acts, probably a child sex predator, likely doing the same things he did in Virginia. Probably has weapons and is committing other types of crimes as well,” said Fallon.

Fallon described Clouston as a man of many aliases who is sometimes known as, Herman Lee Anthony, Michael Paul Drago, Charles Eugene Randolph, William Joseph Long, Herman Lee Roberts, and Herman Lee Williams.

Because police believe his is still dangerous, Clouston is one of the U.S. Marshal’s 15 Most Wanted.

Said Fallon, “He's a convicted cop killer. He's a sexual predator. Certainly not someone you want near any children.”
