The puppy mill trial in Carroll County has ended.

Junior Horton has been found guilty on all charges. That includes 14 counts of animal cruelty, and 25 counts of neglect among others.

But the judge says Horton will not serve jail time, and the judge suspended most of the fines.

The Humane society called November's removal of 700 dogs from "Horton's Pups" back in November one of its largest animal rescue operations ever.

Horton will have to pay restitution to the veterinarians that came in to help during the puppy rescue operation back in November.
