(AP) - A Michael Vick family member whose drug arrest led to the discovery of Vick's dogfighting compound has been charged with violating terms of his probation.

Davon Boddie of Newport News could be ordered to serve some or all of his five-year suspended sentence for allegedly failing to meet with his probation officer. A hearing is set for Dec. 19.

Vick's cousin pleaded guilty in October 2007 to possession of marijuana with intent to sell. When he was arrested, Boddie told police he lived in Vick's house in Surry County. Police searched the property and found evidence of dogfighting.

Vick, the suspended NFL star, is serving a 23-month prison term after pleading guilty to a federal dogfighting conspiracy. He is expected to plead guilty Tuesday to state dogfighting charges in an agreement calling for a suspended sentence and probation.
