»  Comments | Post a Comment

"Virginia Prosthetics" is donating two prosthetic legs to an Iraqi refugee who moved to Roanoke this spring.
Hayder Kharalla was an interpreter for U.S. soldiers in Baghdad when he lost his leg trying to save a U.S. sergeant.
Employees at "Virginia Prosthetics" were so moved by his story that they saw on WSLS 10 On Your Side that they decided to make and donate two prosthetic legs to him.
