New townhomes offer new car incentive

»  Comments | Post a Comment

Some local townhome owners want to make sure you're riding smart around the city.
The Row by the Rail Townhomes in downtown Roanoke offered an open house this weekend.
Although they've opened their doors before to curious Roanokers, realtors say they're trying something.
The new incentive is a smart car, which will be offered to those who buy the homes.
Realtor, Jackie Boyd, says it's worth the try to draw interest.
"Really just in an effort to create excitement. maybe something different. In today's market, things are little bit slower and it was just an idea to get more buyers interested," Boyd said.
One of the homes is offered at $849,000.
