FBI releases possible lead in Short family murder case

» 0 Comments | Post a Comment

The Federal Bureau of Investigation has released a new potential lead in the Short family murder investigation.

The brief statement on the FBI's Richmond office website states the investigation has "identified a possible vehicle" in connection with the crime.

Special agent-in-charge Kevin Foust of the Roanoke office declined to give any details about the vehicle, saying it might jeopardize the investigation.

Foust would only say it was a "recent" lead.

Foust said the FBI intends to update the status of the investigation on its Richmond office website on the 15th of every month.

You can link to that website in the "related links" section above.
