The Carroll Co. Sheriff's Office arrested Anthony Montgomery on Wednesday after a deputy pulled him over on Keno Rd.
He was arrested and charged with possession of Methamphetamine, possession of Schedule II drug, and driving with a suspended license.
Montgomery was released on $1,000 bond pending an appearance in Carroll Co. General District Court.
