State Police arrest Highland Medical Center CEO

State Police say they have arrested the CEO and Adminstrator of Highland Medical Center.

According to a news release, the investigation into began with a complaint back in August that D. Bradley Drawbaugh filed with the Highland County Sheriff's Office. Troopers say that complaint involved "accounting irregularities uncovered during an independent audit of medical center records."

State Police special agents say during their investigation, they found reason to investigate Drawbaugh's education credentials. Their investigation revealed that Drawbaugh faked some of his qualifications.

Then on Tuesday, troopers arrested Drawbaugh on charges of:

1. Obtaining money by false pretense

2. Fraudulent use of documents for the purpose of establishing a false status or occupation
