Elliston man dies at hospital after accident

Roanoke Co. police say the driver of a car that crashed Sunday night, William Clarence Ford, has died at Roanoke Memorial.

Roanoke Co. police say the driver of a car that crashed at the intersection of West Main Street and Yale Drive Sunday night has died.
They say William Clarence Ford of Elliston died from the injuries he suffered in the crash.
Police say weather was not a factor in the crash but drugs and or alchohol may have been.
They say Ford was not wearing a seatbelt.
No other cars were involved.
