D-Day 65th anniversary information

Four thousand to eight thousand people are expected at the National D-Day Memorial in Bedford Saturday to commemorate the 65th anniversary of the allied invasion.

Volunteers spent Friday in the pouring rain preparing for the events.

The official ceremony is at 11 Saturday morning.

You will not be able to park on site.

Buses will run from lots all over Bedford starting at 8a.m..
