»  Comments | Post a Comment

When President Barack Obama meets Monday with Colombian President Alvaro Uribe, the political turmoil in Honduras is expected to be a major topic of discussion.
Honduran President Manuel Zelaya was toppled yesterday in a military coup and U.S. officials say he must be returned to power.
Also on the White House agenda is a reception to commemorate Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Pride Month.
Obama will also deliver remarks Monday evening at a reception with National Finance Committee members.
