A tractor trailer accident is blocking both west bound lanes of 460 in Bedford County near Merriman Rd., according to VDOT.
Drivers should expect major delays in that area. Traffic is backed up for about two miles.
Cars are being diverted onto Timber Ridge Rd., but drivers have called to tell us that traffic on that road is also at a standstill.
