Man arrested in Lynchburg indecent exposure cases

Lynchburg Police say they have arrested a man in connection with several indecent exposure incidents.

Officers charged 31-year-old Joel Wooldridge from Monroe with:


  • 2 counts of breaking and entering with the intent to commit a misdemeanor

  • 4 counts of indecent exposure

  • 1 count of trespassing

Investigators believe Wooldridge committed the crimes on the campus of Lynchburg College, Randolph College, Central Virginia Community College, Boonsboro Road, and Langhorne Road.
