National attention is one thing the parents of missing Virginia Tech student Morgan Harrington hope will help in the search.
This morning the Harrington's appeared on the Today Show to make a plea for their daughter's safe return.
When asked to describe Morgan, her parents talked about how she was a beautiful person.
The NBC affiliate in Charlottesville says police were at a Comfort Inn hotel in Albemarle County, after someone tipped them off about a possible sighting.
They searched all morning but turned up nothing.
