Investigators release a timeline of where missing Virginia Tech student Morgan Harrington was spotted the night of her disappearance, hoping it will lead to more tips.

"We know we do not have all the information," Lt. Joe Rader said.

Here’s the information they do have:

8:20-8:30 – Someone matching Harrington’s description was outside John Paul Jones Arena near the main entrance. She was trying to get back inside, but was unable to do so due to the arena’s no re-entry policy.

8:30-8:48 – People recall seeing Harrington still outside the arena possibly near the ticket office or near the doors closest to University Hall.

8:48 – Harrington’s friends called her from inside the arena. They suggested various doors for her to try and get back inside. She told them she would catch a ride home from friends in Charlottesville.

8:48-9:00 – Someone matching Harrington’s description was still outside the arena.

9:00-9:10 – Witnesses recall seeing a girl fitting Harrington’s description walking through the University Hall parking lot.

9:10-9:20 – Witnesses report seeing Harrington walking in the RV lot by Lannigan Track and Field.

9:20-9:30 – A girl fitting Harrington’s description is seen walking over the Copeley Road railroad bridge between Ivy Road and Lannigan Track and Field.

Investigators say they want to talk to anyone who may have seen Harrington during or after this timeline. They say anyone who may have seen a car stop and Harrington get in should call police.

"Somewhere out there lies the answers or lies the vital link of information that we need," Lt. Rader said.

If you have information, please call police at 434-352-3467. As of now there is a $100 thousand reward. If you have an anonymous tip, police remind you to leave as much detailed information as possible.
