A spokesperson at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina tells wsls both 45-year-old Jeffrey Hodges of Bototeourt County and 53-year-old Tommy Bonds of Narrows are now listed in serious condition. Late Friday the men were listed in critical condition.

Blacksburg Fire Chief Keith Bolte says the four injured workers in today's explosion at Federal-Mogul work for LCM of Christiansburg.
The company makes automotive engine bearings.
There are typically around 300 workers on site, but only about 100 were at work today, said a company spokesman.

The Blacksburg Fire Chief has released the names of the four people hurt in the explosion at Federal Mogul this morning.
Both 45-year-old Jeffrey Hodges of Bototeourt County and 53-year-old Tommy Bonds of Narrows are being treated at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
The chief says 63-year-old Danny Collins of Pearisburg and 38-year-old John Spangler of Roanoke were treated and released from Montgomery Regional Hospital.

Updated at 12:10 p.m.:
WSLS Reporter, Ken Heineck, just spoke with a Federal Mogul spokesperson. He tells us that the four employees who were injured are contractors from a local company. We're told they were doing routine duct work, cleaning aluminum dust out of ducts, when the explosion happened.
The company says it is working with the contractor as well as police and firefighters to determine the cause.

Carilion Clinic Spokesman, Eric Earnhart, tells WSLS 10 On Your Side that Lifeguard 11 transported two victims to Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
He also tells us that Roanoke Memorial Hospital was on standby, but no longer expects to treat any victims.
In checking with Montgomery Regional Hospital, two victims are being treated there and are said to be in stable condition. Montgomery Regional says it activated its "emergency code" at 9:30, but that is now over. The hospital does have extra staff in case they are needed.

There has been an explosion at the Federal-Mogul plant on Industrial Park Road in Blacksburg.
According to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office there are multiple injuries. Blacksburg Police are on the scene. The building is still burning at this time.
