Downtown Roanoke's Patrick Henry building will get some new tenants, once renovations are finished.
The Jefferson College of Health Sciences (JCHS) says it will house students in the building, starting in Fall of next year. The move will allow the college to nearly double the number of resident students it has.
Currently, the college says more than 75 students live on the eighth floor of Roanoke Community Hospital.
JCHS says the students will live on multiple floors of the Patrick Henry building.
