Bill White still in prison, despite time up for Roanoke convictions

»  Comments | Post a Comment

Roanoke Neo Nazi Bill White has completed his prison sentence after several convictions involving threats and intimidation in U.S. District Court in Roanoke.

The convictions came after a more than one week trial in December, 2009.

U.S. Bureau of Prisons records show White's release date as January 18, 2011.

A federal jury in Chicago convicted White on a charge of threatening a federal juror on January 5th.

Court records show he'll be sentenced on April 6th.

Last Friday, a federal judge ruled against White's request to be released on bond until his sentencing hearing.

Court records show the judge left the door open to reconsider in the coming weeks.

But for now, White will remain in jail in Chicago.
