The Freedom From Religion Foundation tells WSLS that it will move forward with a lawsuit.
The ACLU of Virginia's legal director told the Associated Press that the ACLU plans to also move forward with its plans for a lawsuit. Kent Willis says based on his understanding of the decision, reposting the Ten Commandments would violate the Constitution's separation of church and state clause.

The Ten Commandments will be going back up in Giles County Schools.
At its meeting going on this afternoon, the Giles County School Board voted 3 to 2 in favor of a display that includes the commandments, along with eight other historical documents.
The ACLU of Virginia and the Freedom From Religion Foundation last week threatened to sue the school system if any form of the Ten Commandments were put back up.
The two school board members who voted against the display expressed concern about paying for the defense against a possible lawsuit.
"This battle, that you have called, have referred to as the Ten Commandments, has been won. There has been victory without chancing this costly legal battle," School Board member Drema McMahon said.
Some supporters of the commandments said they would financially back the approval.
