The FMCSA website recorded that the company traveled more than 500 million miles in 2010 alone in the United States and Canada.
The federal government's statistics showed the company was under the national average as far as failed inspections with vehicles and drivers, but slightly above the national average in failed hazardous materials inspections.
The website showed that 17 fatalities had been reported to the FMCSA between February 1, 2010 and February 1, 2012.
The website reported 177 injuries during that same time frame.
