A Botetourt County teacher was found guilty on assault charges in court today (Tuesday).
Victor Terry, a teacher at Lord Botetourt High School, allegedly assaulted a student last November. A judge found him guilty on the charges.
According to a school administrator, Terry has been placed on administrative leave with pay, pending action from the school board.
