Martinsville Police officers say they've arrested two people in connection with several recent home break-ins.

The investigation began this past Monday, February 20th, when the police department got several calls about break-ins at homes in the Indian Trial and Spruce Street area.

Investigators found enough evidence to lead them to suspect two men in the crimes, and officers arrested 18-year-old Justin Gregory, of Martinsville, and 21-year-old James Gunter, of Martinsville.

Both men are charged with:

  • Breaking and entering (felony): 3 counts
  • Grand Larceny (felony)
