Div. 4

5) William Byrd (7-3) at 4) Harrisonburg (7-3) 7:30 KICK, Highlights 11:15 PM

6) Rockbridge County (6-4) at 3) Jefferson Forest (7-3) 7:30 KICK, Highlights 11:15 PM

*We correctly projected every Region III match up last week.

Region IV:

Div. 3
-Tazewell has clinched the #1 overall seed.
-Richlands has clinched the #2 overall seed.

Patrick County (6-3) at Martinsville (4-5) 7 PM KICK, Highlights 11:15 PM:
-A win would earn Martinsville a trip to Tazewell next week.  A loss = basketball season.
-Patrick County has clinched the #3 overall seed and will go on the road to Richlands next week.

Div. 4

-Bassett has clinched the #3 overall seed and will travel to either Salem or Pulaski County next week.

Salem (8-1) at Pulaski County (9-0) 7:30 KICK, Highlights & Analysis 11:15 PM:
-This is your River Ridge District Championship Game.  Regardless of outcome, both will host Region Semi-Final games next week.

Christiansburg (5-4) at Blacksburg (5-4) 7:30 KICK, Highlights & Analysis 11:15 PM:
-It’s this simple:  Winner makes playoffs as #4 seed.  Loser’s season is over.

Region C:

Div. 1

-Bland County, Holston, and Bath County have all clinched playoff spots.  Bland still has a shot at being the #1 seed.  Bath County could move up as high as #3 with a win and some help.

Glenvar (5-4) at Eastern Montgomery (5-4) 7:30 KICK, Highlights 11:15 PM:
-East Mont must win and get some help.  A loss coupled with a Narrows win would eliminate them.  A loss coupled with a Narrows loss and it could down to VHSL points.

Narrows (6-3) at Fort Chiswell (5-4) 7:30 KICK, Scoreboard 11:15 PM:
-Green Wave must win and get some help from schedule.  If Narrows and East Mont tie in VHSL points, Green Wave would own the tie-breaker based on Week 2 head to head win.  Glancing at the schedules, it looks as if East Mont would have a slight edge earning more bonus points from Friday night’s games.

Div. 2

-Floyd County has clinched the #1 overall seed regardless of tonight’s outcome at home against Radford.
-Chilhowie has clinched the #2 overall seed.
-George Wythe has clinched the #4 overall seed and will have a rematch (40-39 loss in thriller the first time around) at Floyd County next week.

Auburn (2-7) at Giles (5-4) 7:30 KICK, Scoreboard 11:15 PM:
-A win coupled with a Radford loss clinches a playoff berth and likely trip to Chilhowie next week.

Radford (7-2) at Floyd County (9-0) 7:30 KICK, Highlights 11:15 PM:
-A 10-0 regular season would be a tremendous accomplishment for the Buffaloes, especially since it was a tough schedule.
-A Radford win would vault the Bobcats over Giles in almost every scenario.
