A local dog is strutting his spots for the spotlight. Tanner will star in the 101 Dalmatians musical. He currently lives at the Dalmatian Rescue of Southwest Virginia, an organization that provides temporary care and shelter for stray, abandoned and relinquished Dalmatians.
