The makers of “airborne” are now paying $20 million dollars to settle a false advertising lawsuit.
“Airborne,“ like other remedies, is classified as a dietary supplement not a drug.
Meaning, as long as, the company doesn’t make specific health claims they don’t have to prove it works.
However, the supplement’s original packaging calls the supplement a “miracle cold buster.“
Now, if you bought “airborne” between May 2001 and December 2007 you can get your money back.
If you still have your receipt you can get exactly what you paid and if you don’t have your receipt you can get your money back for as many as six packages each.
That price will be based on average retail prices of the products.
