I finally got with the program and joined Facebook

I have finally succumbed to the pressure… and it was intense. I’ve joined Facebook. For years now, coworkers have gone on and one about the website and high school and college friends have sent him email after email politely prodding me to join. Even my boss told me it was time to join this century and join. So I did it.

The process of setting up the page was pretty straightforward and not all that time consuming. Managing the page… well… that’s an entirely different story. Just keeping up with the emails, IM’s, pictures, and so far could a full time job!

But ultimately, in just 24 hours, I have caught up with a lot of long lost friends from former jobs, college, high school, and even elementary school. And that’s in just one day.

So… everyone was right… Facebook is pretty cool.
