Sleeping dog

Luckie dog is like a furry four legged old man… and loves Matt so much that he constantly follows him around the house… if Matt runs down to the basement… Luckie is on his heels… if Matt goes to the bathroom ... Luckie will lay in the hallway with his nose to the bottom of the door snorting because he wants to be right next to Matt…

I had Luckie before I even knew Matt but the two of them are like peas in a pod now… Luckie loves to sit outside and watch Matt mow the yard with the John Deere… he just patiently watches every lap intently…

On weekend mornings I try to get up with Luckie in the morning because Matt does it everyday of the week… but after a short return to bed Luckie is awake and by Matt’s side of the bed whimpering because he wants to go outside and play in the yard with him…

Well… when I looked over the other night and saw Luckie asleep with his little pillow covering his eyes I had to take a picture because this is how Matt sleeps every night of his life… I guess the pillow works to keep any light or noise out… like father like dog…
