The Bedford County Sheriff’s Office says deputies have arrested a Moneta man in connection with taking indecent liberties with a child.
Investigators tell us 49-year-old Steven Wayne Hart is charged with two counts taking indecent liberties with a child by person in custodial or supervisory relationship, as well as one count of attempted production of child pornography. All three are felony charges.
Investigators say they received a complain that Hart was exposing himself to a child.
Officers arrested Hart at his job Thursday. He’s being held at the Blue Ridge Regional Jail without bond.
