Buena Vista police say a 15-year-old is dead tonight after being shot

Buena Vista police say 15-year-old Victor Clark died yesterday after being shot in an apparent hunting accident.
The Buena Vista Police Department says Codee Clark was hunting with Victor and is charged with reckless use of a firearm and involuntary manslaughter.
Codee and Victor are not related despite their same last name.
Codee Clark was transported to the Rockbridge Regional Jail and was released this morning on a 1-thousand dollar bond according to jail officials.
