  13th Street and Baldwin Avenue
  1500 block of 10th Street, Northwest
  9th Street and Fairfax Avenue
  2000 block of Wise Avenue
  1400 block of Bennington Street
  King Street and Belle Avenue
  700 block of Orange Avenue, Northeast
  2400 block of Kermit Avenue

Salem has re-opened the Colorado St. bridge.

10:40 a.m.

Salem says it will close the Colorado Street bridge to clear debris.

City leaders expect the bridge to be closed for at least one hour.

VDOT says standing water has blocked one southbound lane and both northbound lanes of 220 near Rt. 220 Business in Rocky Mount.  Northbound traffic is being re-routed.

- Both lanes closed Rt. 460 West near Dark Run Road

According to dispatch, the following areas are closed:

- King and Belle NE
- 700 block of Orange NE
- 2400 block of Kermit NE
- 1800 block of 9th Street in SE
- 13th and Baldwin NE
- 1500 block of 10th NE
- 9th and Fairfax NW
- 2000 block of Wise
- 1400 block of Benington

Salem
- Intersection of Mill Lane and Southside Drive
- Low Water Bridge closed on both sides
- Intersection of Eddy and Riverside
- Intersection of Kings Mill and West Riverside
- Epperly Lane
- Be cautious on Mountain Avenue

We are told Brush Creek in Pilot is out of its banks, and the Pilot Road is impassable.
