Roanoke opens shelter at Civic Center Exhibition Hall

Roanoke City and the Red Cross have opened a shelter at the Civic Center exhibit hall.
The doors opened at 7:30 p.m. for everyone who does not have electricity.
No pets allowed.
Bring all medicine and personal items necessary for an overnight stay.
