Roanoke stores extend store hours

5:40 Update:  One downtown Roanoke store owner tells us all market merchants plan to stay open tonight and tomorrow night to help shoppers get the last minute gifts they’re looking for.

The stores will stay open until 7 p.m. both days.

11:40 Update: Best Buy will be open until midnight on Wednesday and Thursday, and will open at 7 a.m. on Thursday.

Update: Sears is also extending their store hours.    Tuesday, Dec. 22 from 7 a.m. – midnight, Wednesday, Dec. 23 from 5 a.m. – midnight,  Thursday, Dec. 24 from 5 a.m. – 7 p.m. 

Roanoke’s Toys ‘R’ Us tells WSLS they are extending their hours Tuesday and Wednesday.

The location will be open on both days from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m.

They will be open on Christmas Eve from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.
