Salem has re-opened the Colorado St. bridge.

Salem says it will close the Colorado Street bridge to clear debris.

City leaders expect the bridge to be closed for at least one hour.

Salem Police are recommending people evacuate and move cars from Riverside Trailer park and the Riverwalk apartments, due to the flooding threat.

Salem City Schools are also closing two hours early.
