Sarah Palin’s planned book tour stop in Roanoke is still on.

Earlier Wednesday morning, some media outlets reported that the stop was canceled.  Representatives with Barnes & Noble tell WSLS that there was a computer glitch that made it seem like the stop was canceled, but it is in fact still scheduled.  The website has been fixed.

Palin will be at the Barnes & Noble Bookstore at Valley View Mall on Sunday, November 22 to promote her new memoir, “Going Rogue: An American Life.”  The Barnes & Noble website says, “A limited number of wristbands for entry into this book signing will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis at the store beginning at 6:00 a.m.“  It goes on to give these special instructions, “An original Barnes & Noble or bn.com sales receipt for Going Rogue by Sarah Palin must be presented in order to receive a wristband. Must be present in person to receive wristband. Maximum two copies of Going Rogue per person will be signed at event.“
