STREET CLOSURES: Several roads will be closed Tuesday afternoon for paving

The City of Roanoke says Adams Construction Co. will be closing several sections of roads in the downtown Market Square area Tuesday for paving.

The following sections will be closed from 3 p.m. until midnight:

- Salem Avenue between Jefferson Street and Williamson Road
- Market Street between Norfolk Avenue and Campbell Avenue
- Wall Street between Salem Avenue and Campbell Avenue
- Norfolk Avenue between Market Street and Third Street

The City says a detour will not be established, so plan accordingly.
