VDOT says the accident has been cleared. All lanes and on-ramp back open.

VDOT says traffic is backed up about two miles.

A WSLS crews is on the scene of a tractor trailer accident on Interstate 581 southbound in Roanoke.
VDOT says a truck hauling a holding tank hit the Hershberger Road bridge. The exit to Valley View Mall and one other lane are blocked.
