ROCKBRIDGE CO. - Scary moments Sunday for a couple boaters, after their boat capsized on the James River in Rockbridge County, leaving them stranded them on a rock.

Rockbridge County Emergency Service Coordinator Robert Foresman said the boat capsized Sunday evening, around the Balcony Falls area.  Foresman told WSLS that the boaters were two volunteer firefighters from Albemarle County.
