Blacksburg Police officer faces sexual battery charge

A Blacksburg police officer is facing several charges, including a felony.
The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Johnnie Self Jr. earlier this week.
Self is charged with aggravated sexual battery and domestic assault.
The alleged crime took place Saturday night.
Self has been released on a $100,000 dollar bond.
A special prosecutor will take over the case.
