A Christiansburg man will spend 20-years behind bars after being convicted of second degree murder.
William Shelton was arrested last February for the death of a 14-month-old boy.
Police received a call saying Evan McFalls was not breathing.
He later died at the hospital.
In April, the jury recommended 20 years for Shelton.
This morning, a judge upheld that sentence.
