Montgomery Co. School Board announces superintendent finalists

The Montgomery County school board has selected three finalists for the new superintendent of schools.
   
The three candidates are Dr. Annie Wimbish of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Brenda Blackburn of Rockledge, Florida and Dr. Scott Kizner of Martinsville.
   
The finalists will be introduced at a community forum next Monday at Christiansburg Middle School.

It starts at 7 p.m. 
   
Each one will also answer questions during the community forum.

Take a look at the information on the Hattiesburg, Ms. and Martinsville school districts.  Why are we considering superintendents from such poorly ranked districts?  Is this the best our school board is willing to do for us?  It is disgusting.
