The mother of a child with autism files a lawsuit against the Montgomery County School Board.

According to court papers, a teacher and assistant principal at Falling Branch Elementary School had no training, educational guidance, or experience to handle the autistic child.

The lawsuit claims their actions caused John Davidson irreparable physical and mental damage.

The parent is suing for $100,000.

We were unable to reach the school board for comment.

It’s about time for something to happen to address that our children are being irreparable physical and mental damage. Our child was injured in a Montgomery County School too!
