The Marching Virginians have been holding band camp all week at Virginia Tech.The Marching Virginians are getting ready for their first performance of the school year. They will perform at Saturday’s August 22, football scrimmage in Lane Stadium. The scrimmage starts at 2pm.
The band will travel to the Hokies first game against Alabama on September 5th in Atlanta. The group will go down a day early, however, for a special performance at Lakeside High School, in Ryan"Stack” Clark’s hometown. Clark was killed in the April 16th, 2007 shootings on Virginia Tech’s Campus. He was also a Marching Virginian.
