Three men arrested trying to steal copper cable

Three men are arrested after police catch them trying to steal copper from Citizen’s Cable in Wythe County.
It happened last Friday.
Travis Davis, Joshua Byrson, and Joshua Hughes are charged with possession of burglary tools, felony destruction of property and larceny with intent to sell.
Investigators tell us a deputy was sitting across the road when he saw the three men acting very suspicious.
Police say they had already cut the cable worth an estimated $2,500.

I am one of the individuals that is being charged with the theft of the copper. I would like to say that I was not looking suspicious, and I was pulled over for no reason, and detained for having a pair of bolt cutters!!! I know that the news only reports what the deputies and witnesses say, but I was there and I SAY that my family called several times and were lied to by deputies, that I was caught red handed, that I had 500 pounds of wire in my 1/4 Explorer (that I would like to have seen ) COLD HARD FACT IS I did not have any wire in my vehicle of any sort unless it was planted while I was in jail, held without bond!!!! Who ever put the wire in my vehicle damaged the interior and I am MMAADD!!!! Fact: they loaded the wire that we supposedly have stolen on a roll back truck, and took it to the police station THATS A FACT!!!! I am a Highly Educated college graduate, and I am probably going to get stuck with some felonies!!! This is the stupidest thing that has ever happened to me, and I am probably going to go down for this. I would like to warn people about this place and about these people, SSTTAAY AAWWWWAAYY!!! Dealing with these people makes me wonder what other activities they are involved in!!!!!!! Thought you would want to here it from the cats mouth, because you always here what the witnesses and the officers say!!!!!
P.S. According to Virginia law, if your in an area during the time of a break in and you are pulled over and have a pry bar/bolt cutters/ and or a screw driver; You will be arrested and charged with felonies, and are guilty until proven innocent in a court of law!!!!!
Thats the good old Commonwealth for YAAA!!!
