Virginia Tech police investigating Lane Stadium sexual assault

Virginia Tech Police are investigating a sexual assault that reportedly happened during the Virginia Tech-Miami game on Saturday.
   
According to a university spokesman, the woman says she was assaulted in a public restroom at Lane Stadium before halftime.

We’re told the woman is not a student.
   
She reported the assault to police at the end of the game.
   
Police are not releasing much information because of the nature of the case, but say it is under investigation.
